Olabisi has been extremely helpful in implementing the different areas of special education at our school. I greatly appreciate the flexibility with navigating a role in the classroom while fulfilling SPED responsibilities without a Dean of Special Services. Something that was helpful was pushing me to attend and present at cohort day so I could better understand team special services and collaborate with other special services leaders to implement stronger services at my school. 

Olabisi has been instrumental and enormously helpful in helping our school navigate an entire school year without a Dean of Special Services (DSS). I am deeply grateful for her support. I look forward to the 24-25 team addressing gaps in our programming more effectively now that we will have a DSS and a fully staffed leadership team!

Olabisi is very present on our campus weekly, she is aware of our data, raises flags for us when needed, and helps us close gaps. Her content specific knowledge is a tremendous help in ensuring that our Special Services department stays on track, in compliance, and reaching goals. I had the pleasure of attending a professional development session on differentiation led by Olabisi & her co-presenter. It was one of the most impactful and engaging workshops I’ve ever participated in. Olabisi demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge and an ability to make complex concepts accessible and practical. The session was a perfect blend of theory and hands-on activities, allowing us to immediately apply what we learned to our own classrooms.
